About me

Steven Craze started his journey in the carpentry trade after graduating from the University of Missouri in 2016. Passionate for architecture but without the patience for a desk job, he took the skills he learned from his Architectural Studies program and started as a helper for a small remodeling company, in the process learning as much as he could.

After moving to the DC area with his wife, he was afforded to opportunity to work and learn with a team of incredible carpenters at Four Brothers Design+Build firm. There he honed his skills working on historic brownstones and row houses and solidified his passion for historic preservation.

After another move to Lincoln, NE, again with his wife, Steven started Steven Craze Carpentry with the goal of building unique and long lasting pieces and providing the best service to Nebraska's homeowners.
